I'm a business operations professional. I tackle organizational needs as a business grows and evolves. I help modify, develop and integrate strategic process by maximizing system tools and functionality. I use good, old-fashioned common sense with a dash of creative thinking to resolve business challenges.

My background: I was a catalog Merchandise Manager/ Buyer at Concepts Direct, Inc. in Longmont, CO and then moved on to McClain Finlon Advertising where I was promoted to Operations Manager. Then, in September 2008, I joined a small group of people to work on the Johns Manville Building Insulation Systems account at Linhart PR in Denver. I have consulted with companies who are implementing 'Workamajig' (a web-based project management software application).
